Payment & Refund Policy – Oazstore

At Oazstore, we aim to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for our customers. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Please note that full payment must be made before your order is processed and prepared for shipment.

Payment Process

When you place an order, we will conduct a standard authorization check to verify that sufficient funds are available. Once your payment is authorized, the amount will be captured and applied toward the total value of the items you have purchased.

As many of our products are made-to-order or customized, production will only begin once your payment has been successfully processed.

To complete your purchase, simply proceed through the checkout process and select your preferred payment method. You can choose to pay with your credit/debit card or through your PayPal account. If you choose PayPal, the charge will appear on your statement under PayPal’s billing descriptor.

Rest assured that your payment information is processed securely. Oazstore does not store or process your credit card details, and we never share your payment information with third parties.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout, whether it was PayPal or your credit/debit card.

Please note that once we have processed your refund, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.
